IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate 9 x 1 1/4 inch. Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool.
