1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. self rising flour or Bisquick
1 c. evaporated milk

Put all ingredients in bowl, mix with mixer until well blended. Pour into 2 well greased 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can use the pumpkin mix that has the spices. If this is used do not use pumpkin spice.
