IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin
1/4 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all in a blender. Pour into 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes until done.
