IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat or shrimp, thaw and drain
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
1/4 c. sliced onions
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Dash nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pan or quiche dish. Mix crab, cheese and onions in quiche dish. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into quiche dish. Bake until knife inserted comes clean, about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
