SIAMESE PORK 
2 lbs. pork steaks or pork chops, cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. head of cabbage, sliced
1 1/2 c. rice
2 eggs
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook rice while preparing the pork. Brown pork in hot oil. Lower heat to medium setting, add pepper and soy sauce, cook until done. Add sliced cabbage and a little water (about 1 tablespoon) if dry. Cook with lid on 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired crispness of cabbage. Cabbage is still crisp when done.

While cabbage mixture is cooking, beat eggs with fork in a serving dish. Add rice to eggs and stir. Add meat and cabbage to rice and eggs and toss. Serve immediately. Offer soy sauce at the table. Serves 4 to 6.
