PORK-RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork steak 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. cut celery 10 oz. can mushroom soup 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Combine rice, onion and celery. Add steak cut in small pieces. Dilute mushroom soup with an equal amount of water. Add soy sauce. Salt. Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with your favorite green salad. |
