PORK - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. 1/4" slices celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. (1" pieces) cooked pork
1 c. uncooked instant rice
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Place celery, onion and butter in 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until celery is crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes longer. Stir in pork, rice, water, soy sauce and bouillon. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 4 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until water is absorbed, 4-6 minutes longer. Stir in green pepper (optional) Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
