PORK & RICE CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
3 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Brown pork chops in skillet. Remove and season with salt and pepper (remove fat if there's a lot). Pour chicken bouillon into pan and stir to get drippings. In a 13"x9" pan, layer rice, onion and peppers in bottom. Pour in bouillon, put chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
