SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 beaten eggs
1 c. Pepperidge Farms crumb stuffing, seasoned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. thyme
Garlic salt

Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. May be frozen before baking.

Makes 30.
