SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. (1 pkg.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing without sage, roll to fine crumb
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash of salt, pepper, sm. amount of garlic salt

Cook, drain, cool and chop spinach. Mix all together, chill overnight, make into balls and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
