SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, chopped 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 1 lg. onion, chopped 6 eggs, well beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. cheese, grated 1 tsp. pepper 1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme Cook spinach and drain and squeeze. Combine all other ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls, place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. May be frozen and baked later. Serve warm. Makes 11 dozen. |
