SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 med. eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, softened
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients. Roll into walnut-size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
