GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
52 ground graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. black walnuts
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream together butter and sugar, gradually add egg yolks, one at a time. Cream well. Add walnuts and crackers alternately with milk. Add baking powder and vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold in. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and ice cake.
