SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
6 med. apples, peeled & sliced (6 c.)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed (sugar free)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1 double pie crust

Mix apples and juice in pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water and add to saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cinnamon. Pour into pie shell. Top with butter and cover with top crust. Cut slits into top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
