SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
8 c. apples
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. apple juice (concentrated)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts

Peel and cut apples. Combine apples, tapioca, apple juice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Add top crust and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer.
