SUGARLESS DIABETIC APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice (unsweetened)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. sliced apples

Add Sweet 'N Low to apples to taste. Crusts for double crust pie. Cook apple juice, corn starch and spices until thick; add salt and stir. Add sliced apples, sweetened with Sweet 'N Low to mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Dot with tablespoon of butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
