POTATO FILLING 
1 c. mashed potatoes
4 slices bread
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. onions

Mix potatoes and eggs. Break the bread into little pieces and mix with potatoes. Pour milk over it to soak. Brown the onion in melted butter. Stir onion and seasoning in with the filling. Put in greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
