POTATO FILLING BALLS 
1 loaf bread, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley or flakes
3 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Make into balls or use ice cream dipper. Place in buttered dish. Pour a little more melted butter over the tops. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
