PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH POTATO
FILLING
 
6 medium-sized potatoes, boiled & mashed
6 slices bread, cubed
1 rounded tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. heated milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
