DUTCH POTATO SOUP 
5 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 lg. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
6 sliced of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Place potatoes in a saucepan. Add only enough water to barely cover potatoes. Cook until soft. Mash with potato masher leaving some large pieces. Add milk and crumbled bacon. Heat through slowly.
