DUTCH POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. potatoes
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar

Beat together vinegar, water, sugar and egg and add to hot bacon and fat. Cook until thickens like custard. Add to cooked cut up potatoes.
