DUTCH POTATO SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. pure cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
3 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1 tbsp. parsley, minced

Cut bacon fine and fry. Remove bacon. Brown onion in bacon fat. Then add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and fried bacon. Allow to boil. Then add potatoes and parsley. Heat thoroughly and serve.
