MASHED POTATO FILLING 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 med. potatoes
8 slices bread, cubed
1/3 c. milk
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and saute celery and onion until transparent. Set aside to cool. Boil potatoes, drain and prepare as mashed potatoes with milk.

In a large bowl, toss cubed bread with 1/3 cup of milk. Add the eggs, onion, celery, and mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Place in a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
