BEEF NOODLE BAKE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck or round
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper

Brown meat - add tomato sauce and seasonings - simmer 3 minutes.

ix together:

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 to 8 green onions, chopped - green and all
Cook 8 ounce package of noodles, drain

Put alternate layers in a casserole (noodles, meat, cheese mixture) 2 layers each. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly. This recipe can be made well ahead of time (even freeze). Then bake at time needed.
