1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal (or cracker crumbs)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/4 c. bell pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste

Mix well. Make into meatballs.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix well and pour over meatballs. Bake 375 degrees, 45 minutes.
