1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste

Mix above ingredients. Roll into balls and brown in shortening. Pour off excess grease.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
6 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if needed.
