3 c. sliced thin zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Italian grated cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients given in order except Bisquick. When mixture is mixed well, add Bisquick and mix well again. Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot or cold.
