HULUPSEE 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together. While preparing mixture steam the leaves of a medium cabbage until they will roll. Place 1/4 cup of mixture in the middle of each cabbage leaf and roll. Place in a large baking pan. Use 2 cups of the water that the cabbage leaves were steamed in, add 1/2 cup of ketchup and salt and pepper. Pour liquid over the cabbage rolls. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees or until rice is done.
