1 chocolate cake mix - mixed as box indicates
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Make cake as box directs. Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Mix cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk until blended thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cool cake and refrigerate.
