POLISH BABKA 
3 pkg. dried yeast
1/2 c. warm water (95 degrees)
Pinch sugar
1 c. raisins
Apple juice or warm water
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. sugar
5 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 1/2 - 7 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped candied orange peel (optional)
