RED BEANS OR (PINTO) AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 can tomato sauce
1 can pinto or red beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef, onions, celery, and bell pepper. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
