STRAWBERRIES ROMANOFF 
2 tbsp. Cointreau
1 1/2 qt. cleaned, fresh strawberries (slice, if lg.)
16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. Cointreau

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Cointreau over the strawberries. Fold Cool Whip into ice cream. Add lemon juice and 6 tablespoons Cointreau and blend. Pour this sauce over the berries and serve.
