STRAWBERRIES ROMANOFF 
3 pts. strawberries, plucked & rinsed
1/4 c. sugar
1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 c. whipping cream, chilled
1/4 c. yogurt, plain
2 tbsp. sugar

Gently stir strawberries with sugar, rum and Grand Marnier. Whip cream, combine with yogurt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Fold cream mixture into strawberries. Serve in glass coupes. Serves 8 to 10.
