FREEZER SLAW | |
1 head cabbage 2 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. celery seed Shred cabbage and cover with water 1 hour. Add 1 teaspoon salt; drain cabbage. Boil vinegar, sugar, water, mustard and celery seed for 1 minute. Pour over drained cabbage. Mix and place in containers and freeze. |
