FREEZER SLAW 
1 lg. head of cabbage
1/2 stalk of celery
1 green pepper
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 carrot
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. salt

Grate cabbage and carrot. Chop fine celery, green pepper and onion. Mix 1 tablespoon salt with vegetables and let stand 2 hours. Then squeeze out the water. Mix the other ingredients and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour over cabbage mixture. Ready to eat when cooled. Put in bags and freeze. Thaws in a few minutes when needed.
