FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed

Chop cabbage up fine. Add salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out liquid. Add carrots and pepper, boil vinegar and sugar with 1/2 cup water, 1 minute. Add celery seed and mustard seed, pour over cabbage, mix well. Pack and freeze.
