PEANUT BUTTER CANDY PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Gradually beat in sugar, mixing well. Mix in corn syrup, vanilla, salt and peanut butter, blending thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake in slow oven (300 degrees) 40-45 minutes. While pie is still hot, put a circle of chocolate chips in center and sprinkle remaining chips around outside edge. Fill in remainder of top with coconut.
