NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE

1 stick butter
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs

1 box (lb.) powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
Nuts

Blend first three ingredients together and spread in prepared 9x13 inch pan.

Mix next three ingredients together and spread over batter. Top with chopped nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven until tester comes out clean.
