2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add Mazola, sugar, eggs, and beat. Add vanilla. Mix together and roll into balls. Dip in sugar and press with back of fork. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
