EASTER EGGS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 to 3 lbs. powdered sugar
1 to 1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Cream together cream cheese, butter and peanut butter; add powdered sugar gradually, using mixer until it starts to stiffen. Put remaining sugar on a cookie sheet; place cheese mixture in sugar and knead like bread dough until all sugar is worked in or until mixture does not stick to hands.
