1 box frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries or raspberries)
1 c. sugar
2 unbeaten egg whites
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon

Place in mixing bowl (fruit should be frozen). Mix at high speed 15 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Pile in 1 (10 inch) pie shell or 2 smaller ones. Freeze, serve frozen.
