VEGGIE BARS 
2 tubes (8 count) crescent rolls
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bundle green onions, sliced
3/4 c. tomato, diced (optional)
3/4 c. fresh broccoli tips, chopped
3/4 c. carrots, grated
3/4 c. cauliflower, sliced
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Cover 11 x 17 inch pan with crescent rolls. Pat down to spread to edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cream together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, and Ranch dressing mix. Spread on baked crust. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of cream mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables down into mixture. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Cut into 64 bars.
