TRADITIONAL PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. very warm water
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In mixing bowl put flour and salt slowly. Pour in yeast mixture while stirring. Knead thoroughly adding olive oil while kneading. Cover and let rise in warm location for 30 minutes. Fold and shape into two halves. Spread on greased pan 1/2 to 3/8 inches thick. Place in 200 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove, add sauce and toppings and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until done. Makes enough for 2 pizza crusts.
