EASY ROLLS | |
1/2 c. sugar 6 c. (level) flour 1 tsp. salt 1 pkg. yeast 2 c. warm water Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of the warm water. Mix together sugar, flour, and salt. Add dissolved yeast and the other cup of warm water. Mix like making biscuits. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in size. Place in floured surface; knead 5 to 8 minutes. Shape into rolls; dip into melted butter or oil. Place in greased pan. let rise again until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees until done and lightly brown. |
