SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

10 double graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter

FILLING:

3/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. light or heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST: Crush graham crackers fine and melt butter, mix together. Put on bottom of 8 x 8 inch glass pan.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth, add cream and blend. Pour into baking dish. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven, then cool.

TOPPING: Beat sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over filling. Bake 10 minutes in 450 degree oven.
