ZUCCHINI CUSTARD PIE 
1 egg (may use Eggbeaters)
1 rounded c. cooked zucchini (blended in blender)
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 lg. can Milnot
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake as custard pie at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set in middle.
