LASAGNE ROLL-UPS 
8 pieces (8 oz.) curly edge lasagne
1 3/4 c. (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 1/4 c. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain well
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg

Cook pasta, then drain. Lay pasta flat on foil to cool. In bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and egg.

In bottom of baking dish, spread Italian sauce. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese filling on each noodle to within 1 inch of ends, roll up. Place roll ups seam side down, top with remaining Italian sauce and remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
