LOW CHOLESTEROL POUND CAKE 
2 sticks corn oil butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. skim milk
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or butter flavoring

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift baking powder and flour together. Add to sugar mixture alternately with milk. Fold in egg whites, vanilla and other flavoring. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
