LOW CHOLESTEROL CHEESE CAKE 
Crush:

Add:

Press into 8- or 9-inch spring cake pan.

Mix together: 6 oz. Egg Beaters (egg substitute) 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Spread into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Mix together: 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Spread on top of cheese cake and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool in refrigerator at least 4 hours before removing from pan. Serve plain or with fresh fruit topping.
