1 triangle wedge Wispride cheese (plain Cheddar)
3 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 grated onion
1 tsp. grated green pepper
Dash of Tabasco (optional)

Allow cheese to soften, then add other ingredients. Work together until all lumps are eliminated, and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place in any small serving dish. An earthenware crock makes a very attractive receptacle for this read.
